Term & Conditions
In order to sign up for Automate we require your first and last name as well as your email address either provided directly by you or a social media account you have used to sign up with. If you sign up using an email address and password we will also store your password information.
In addition to this mandatory information you can provide optional information such as date of birth, gender and favourite brands and other information.
We use this information to enhance and personalise your user experience with Automate. You can remove this information at any time in your Automate Account.
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password which, together with your Login ID email address allows you to access your Pouch account, together with any other information you disclose to us.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create a Automate Account.
You must not disclose your Automate Account details to any third party. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your Account details, you must promptly notify us at help@myautomate.co.uk.
Automate has the right to disable any user identification or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of our Terms.
Automate has the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to the Website constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
By providing us with your email address you agree to receive all required notices electronically to that email address. It’s your responsibility to update or change that address as appropriate. We will not send you marketing communications unless you specifically opt in to receiving them.
By submitting information, date, passwords, usernames, PINs, other login information materials as well as other content to Automate through the Automate Account you are licensing that content to Automate solely for the purpose of providing you the Automate Service. Pouch may use and store the information but only for the purposes of providing you with the Automate Service. You represent that you are entitled to submit it to Automate for this purpose without any obligation by Automate to pay any fees or other limitations.
Privacy and your Personal Information
For information about Automate’s privacy and data protection practices, please refer to Automate’s Privacy Policy . This policy explains fully how Automate treats your personal information when you use our Services. The policy may be updated from time to time and at our discretion. Depending on the changes you will either be informed by email if we have it or we will update the site.
You have the right to view or to request the erasure of all your personal information that we hold on you. This is also sometimes referred to as ‘the right to be forgotten’ You can make a request for either by sending an email to help@myautomate.co.uk. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Termination of your Automate Account
Your Automate Account may be terminated by you at any time. Further details can be found on our FAQ on how to do this yourself under the “My Account” section. If you have any difficulties then please contact help@myautomate.co.uk who will assist you.
If you terminate your Automate Account then you will lose all Automate refunds that are pending or earned.
Termination of your account doesn’t affect your use of our extension and you will have continued use of this unless you decide to uninstall this from your browser.
If we suspect misuse on your account then we may also decide to terminate your account with us without notice and any Automate refunds that are pending or earned may be lost.
If Pouch decides to end the Automate Account service including the Automate refunds, which we may do at our discretion, we will tell you beforehand and give you a reasonable opportunity to redeem your Automate refunds. See our Automate refunds terms and conditions for related terms and restrictions. If you do not log in to your account for 12 months or more we may deem your account to be inactive and we can close your account on your behalf. If this happens we will take all reasonable steps to contact you to inform you but in the event that your account is closed for this reason you will lose all your pending and earned points.
We may also decide to terminate any account without notice or reason. We will take all reasonable steps to inform you of this.
Eligibility and Registration
You can earn refunds on qualifying purchase at participating price match and price adjustment retailers.
Cancellation of your Automate Account and how it affects your refunds
If you cancel your Automate Account then you will lose any Automate refunds that are pending.
